Pricing FAQ
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, from your account settings. An upgrade takes effect immediately and Stripe charges the prorated difference on the spot. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep the higher tier until then, and the new rate starts at renewal. You can also switch between monthly and yearly billing.
How does per-seat pricing work for Host Agency plans?
Each agent on your team counts as one seat. You pay the per-seat price for the number of agents you have. Add or remove an agent and your subscription updates immediately — Stripe prorates the difference on the spot rather than waiting for your next invoice.
Do seats auto-scale?
Yes. A seat is added when an advisor accepts their invite — an outstanding invite costs nothing. Remove an advisor and the seat is released straight away, with the prorated credit applied immediately. You're never paying for empty seats.
Do agency advisors need their own subscriptions?
Every advisor has a subscription — what changes is who pays for it. On a Host Agency plan you cover their seats and they roll into your per-seat total. An advisor can also join your agency and pay for their own seat directly, which keeps them on your roster without adding to your bill. Either way they join with the same invite code, and you manage them the same way.
Is there a free trial?
Individual Agent plans include a 30-day free trial — no credit card required. Host Agency plans start billing immediately with no trial period.
Can I switch between Individual Agent and Host Agency mode?
Yes. Contact support and we will migrate your account. Your data and clients carry over.
