How seats and billing work

The money questions, answered plainly.

How does per-seat pricing work?: Each advisor on your team counts as one seat. You pay the per-seat price for the number of agents you have. Add or remove an agent and your subscription updates immediately — Stripe prorates the difference on the spot rather than waiting for your next invoice.
Do advisors need their own subscriptions?: Every advisor has a subscription — what changes is who pays for it. On a Host Agency plan you cover their seats and they roll into your per-seat total. An advisor can also join and pay for their own seat directly, which keeps them on your roster without adding to your bill. Either way they join with the same invite code, and you manage them the same way.
Do seats auto-scale?: Yes. A seat is added when an advisor accepts their invite — an outstanding invite costs nothing. Remove an advisor and the seat is released straight away, with the prorated credit applied immediately. You're never paying for empty seats.
Is there a contract?: No long-term contracts. Host Agency plans are billed per seat, month to month or yearly (save 20%). Cancel anytime.
