How seats & billing work

How does per-seat pricing work?

Each advisor on your team counts as one seat. You pay the per-seat price for the number of agents you have. Add or remove an agent and your next invoice adjusts automatically.

Do advisors need their own subscriptions?

No. Advisors join your agency with an invite code. Your Host Agency plan covers all seats — there are no separate individual subscriptions to manage.

Do seats auto-scale?

Yes. Invite a new agent and a seat is added automatically. Remove an agent and the seat is released at your next billing cycle. You're never paying for empty seats.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts. Host Agency plans are billed per seat, month to month or yearly (save 20%). Cancel anytime.
