Data Sources
Every report starts by choosing what kind of data you want to analyze. You have four primary sources to choose from:
Trip details, statuses, pricing, dates, and destinations
Contact info, tags, acquisition source, booking history
Due dates, completion status, assigned bookings
Group members, linked bookings, organizer details
Columns and Filters
After choosing a data source, select the columns you want to see in your report. You can pick from dozens of fields — client name, booking status, travel dates, total price, commission amount, and more. Then add filters to narrow the results: only show bookings from this quarter, only clients tagged as “VIP,” only tasks that are overdue.
Grouping
Group your results by any column to see aggregated totals. For example, group bookings by destination to see total revenue per resort, or group clients by acquisition source to understand where your best leads come from.
