Let AI Build Your Itineraries in Seconds

Premium subscribers can use the AI Trip Planner to auto-generate day-by-day activity plans. Just tell it where your client is going and what they care about — the AI handles the rest. Here is how to use it.

1. Accessing the AI Trip Planner

The AI Trip Planner lives inside the itinerary builder. You do not need to open a separate tool or leave the booking — it is right where you need it.

1

Open a booking

Navigate to any booking that has check-in and check-out dates set. The AI needs those dates to know how many days to plan.

2

Go to the Itinerary tab

Tap the Itinerary tab to open the itinerary builder. If no itinerary exists yet, day cards will be generated automatically based on the travel dates.

3

Tap "AI Generate" in the AppBar

You will see an AI Generate button in the top app bar. Tap it to open the AI Trip Planner dialog. This button is only visible to Premium subscribers.

Good to know

The AI Trip Planner is a Premium feature. If you are on the standard plan, you will see a prompt to upgrade when you tap the AI Generate button.

2. Generating an Itinerary

Once the AI dialog is open, you fill in a few details and let it work its magic. The whole process takes about 15 to 30 seconds.

Fill in the Details

The dialog asks for three things:

🏖️DestinationWhere is the client going? Walt Disney World, Disneyland, a cruise, an all-inclusive — type it in.
❤️InterestsWhat does the client care about? Thrill rides, character meets, fine dining, relaxation, kids activities.
Special RequestsAny specifics — birthday celebration, accessibility needs, must-do experiences, or a rest day mid-trip.

How It Works

After you tap Generate, the AI creates a full set of activities for each day of the trip. Activities are structured to match the DayPlan model used by the itinerary builder, so they slot right into your existing day cards — with times, locations, and descriptions already filled in.

Overwrite confirmation

If the itinerary already has activities, you will see a confirmation dialog before the AI overwrites them. This protects you from accidentally replacing a plan you have already built. You can cancel and keep your existing plan, or confirm and let the AI start fresh.

3. Limits & Best Practices

The AI Trip Planner is powerful, but there are a few things to keep in mind so you get the most out of it.

Daily Generation Limit

Each agent can generate up to 20 AI itineraries per day. The counter resets at midnight. For most agents this is more than enough, but if you are batch-planning for a busy season, spread your generations across a couple of days.

Review and Customize

The AI gives you a strong starting point, but you should always review the generated plan before sharing it with a client. Check dining reservations, adjust timing to match park hours, and add personal touches — a surprise character breakfast, a rest break after a long morning, or a specific restaurant your client mentioned.

Be Specific with Inputs

The more detail you give the AI, the better the output. “Walt Disney World, family with toddlers, needs nap breaks, loves princesses” will produce a much more useful plan than just “Disney.” Take an extra 30 seconds to fill in interests and special requests — it pays off.

Time saver, not a replacement

Think of the AI Trip Planner as your drafting assistant. It handles the heavy lifting of laying out a day-by-day schedule, and you bring the expertise — local knowledge, client preferences, and the personal touches that make a trip unforgettable. Together, you can build a polished itinerary in a fraction of the time.
