How to Upload, Organize, and Share Documents with Clients
No more emailing PDFs that get lost in spam folders or buried in threads. Here's how to get every document to your clients cleanly — attached right to their booking where they can always find it.
Uploading Documents to a Booking
Every booking has its own Documents section where you can attach files that your client will see instantly.
- 1Open the booking you want to add a document to.
- 2Scroll down to the Documents section.
- 3Tap Upload and pick your file.
- 4That's it — the file is uploaded and immediately visible to your client.
Supported File Types
PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, DOC, DOCX, and TXT — up to 10 MB per file.
Need to remove a document? Tap the delete icon next to it and it's gone.
Your Document Library
Upload your most-used files once and reuse them across any booking — no need to dig through your computer every time.
Adding a File to Your Library
- 1From your dashboard, tap Document Library in the Quick Actions area.
- 2Tap Upload and choose your file.
- 3Done — the file is saved to your library and ready to use.
Attaching a Library File to a Booking
- 1Open the booking and go to the Documents section.
- 2Tap From Library.
- 3Select the file you want — it's attached instantly.
Great Files for Your Library
Packing lists, park maps, travel guides, agency policies — anything you send to more than one client belongs here.
Good to know: Deleting a file from your library does not remove copies that are already attached to bookings. Those stay put.
What Your Clients See
When you attach a document to a booking, your client sees it on the Documents tab of their trip detail page in the Pixie Dust client app.
